Different couples need a different range of support, and so with our service you can pick and choose which elements of our specialist help to draw on. You can opt for a complete planning and coordination service, where our wedding planners organise most of the vital ingredients, or ask us to concentrate on one or more individual things that you would prefer to delegate to us.

Here are some elements of our service:

Finding the perfect venue
After listening carefully to what you have in mind, and of course considering your budget, we can prepare a shortlist of suitable venues in the UK, or abroad if you wish. We will provide extensive details of each venue and explain what you can expect from each one.

Our experience as event organisers means we can accurately assess the strengths of venues and negotiate rates better than those usually available to the public.

Catering is a vital element of a successful wedding and we provide a sourcing service to make sure you have fantastic food and drink you and your guests will love, whether it’s a brunch style meal or a formal sit-down dinner. Tasting sessions can of course be arranged with shortlisted caterers.

Sourcing other suppliers
From photography to florists, limousine companies to gift lists, we have first-hand experience of service providers and can find new ones as appropriate so you have the perfect team of suppliers working for you.

Creating the schedule
We can build a detailed schedule for the big day (from hair and makeup to the reception and sending off the happy couple), as well as other elements such as a rehearsal dinner.

Providing a concierge service
Sometimes a bride and groom find that they aren’t able to enjoy their wedding as much as they would like as they frequently need to solve problems for their guests. So we can appoint a concierge service to look after everything for your guests on the day, from valet parking to hosting a private reception area for guests as they arrive.

This service can even begin before the day itself, as we can provide a single point of contact through which your guests can arrange travel and accommodation.

Event management on the day
A wedding day team can be available on the day to manage every aspect of the schedule, fixing any problems that arise and continually monitoring the quality and timings of everything delivered by the various suppliers.

Honeymoon planning
Our service can extend to arranging and booking honeymoon flights and accommodation.

The meeting will also give us an opportunity to talk you through each of the services mentioned in the above list, and let you ask our experienced wedding experts anything you wish about your ideas and how to make them a reality.

If you go ahead and ask us to help you create your wedding, a series of planning meetings will follow, with decisions recorded in a planning report so everyone is clear on what has been agreed. We will then liaise with suppliers and keep you informed about what is happening through regular updates of the report. The planning report will also include an up-to-date record of the budget and supplier payments where appropriate.

In between meetings and updates you can of course call or email your wedding planner at any time to raise any questions, or indeed to suggest changes to the plan.
